This collaborative Lean construction approach helps to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. The $70-million project involves building several single-storey buildings to be used for materiel storage, and vehicle storage and maintenance, as well as offices for the Royal Canadian Dragoons, an armoured reconnaissance regiment.
