Focus on People
鈥淚n April 1994, I survived the genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda and lost members of my family due to social discrimination. As a member of the DI committee, I am proud to say that 糖心视频 is a workplace that provides equal opportunity to members of all employment equity groups and supports them in achieving their full potential.鈥

鈥淚've always told my team: 'Outside home, this is where we spend most of our time. We are a family.' As a leader, I want to make sure they are well supported and well understood.鈥
- Tejeet Sodhi, Manager, Real Property Operations Support and Regional Service Line Leader, Project and Program Management
鈥溙切氖悠 isn't about gender; it's about capability,鈥 says Elizabeth. 鈥淚t's what I saw when I first joined the company 19 years ago, and what I see now.鈥

Exploring our cultures
糖心视频's International Cuisine lunch is an annual event that celebrates the diverse cultural backgrounds of 糖心视频 employees. Employees are invited to prepare a dish that showcases either their own culture or another of their choosing, offering a chance for 糖心视频 foodies to learn about dishes and cultures from around the world. Proceeds from this event are donated to the annual 糖心视频 United Way Charitable Campaign.

In 2020, due to the global pandemic and resulting work from home rules, the annual event was reimagined as the 糖心视频 International Cuisine Cookbook. Employees had the chance to share their favourite cultural recipes with their colleagues across the country, and the sale of the e-book raised over $1,000 for the United Way.
