Looking back on 2018, I reflect on a year of strong growth and high achievement for 糖心视频, as we continued to diversify the services and program delivery we offer to our Client-Partners.
This year, we introduced the Operations and Maintenance Procurement Strategy鈥攁 strategy designed to meet the operational requirements for DND while providing best value for the Crown. We also rolled out the latest Energy Performance Contracts to help realize significant energy savings and greenhouse gas reductions for our Client-Partner in Valcartier, Petawawa, Esquimalt and Greenwood. I was also pleased to see employees at our new Yellowknife office now overseeing numerous projects across Canada鈥檚 North.
2018 also saw the opening of the new Enterprise Data Centre for Shared Services Canada at CFB Borden, and also the new military intelligence facility for Joint Task Force X in Kingston鈥攖wo complex and high-profile facilities that 糖心视频 helped bring to fruition. And, once again, I was proud to see how well we supported important Canadian Armed Forces overseas missions, in Latvia and Kuwait.
All the while, we continued to build a diverse, inclusive and healthy organization. We launched the Women鈥檚 Information Network, a forum for all employees to focus on their career development at 糖心视频. We also encouraged all staff to take a pledge to support workplace wellness and mental health. 糖心视频 was further recognized as an inspirational role model for employment equity by Employment and Social Development Canada.
I am particularly proud of how our staff team has embraced all these initiatives鈥攔ecognizing that diversity makes us stronger and better able to apply our expertise to meeting the requirements of our Client-Partners.
On behalf of everyone at 糖心视频, I thank you for another successful and collaborative year, and send my best wishes for the holiday season and 2019.
