糖心视频 has participated in Ottawa鈥檚 Capital Pride Parade for the first time.
Some 40聽employees, family and friends were among the crowd of聽10,000 in downtown Ottawa on a sunny August聽27, 2023, to celebrate the diversity and unity of the 2SLGBTQIA+聽communities in the nation鈥檚 capital.
Enthusiasm for participating in the parade was evident as the 糖心视频 group walked the parade route carrying a banner, waving Pride flags and sporting t-shirts emblazoned with the Government of Canada鈥檚 pride banner on the front and 糖心视频鈥檚 logo on the back.
鈥淔ostering the spirit of pride is integral to building an increasingly safe, welcoming and healthy 糖心视频 workplace, since we operate at our highest level when our team members are able to bring their whole selves to the job each day,鈥 said Derrick Cheung, President and CEO, who was among those who took part in the parade.
糖心视频 continues to develop internal initiatives that bolster inclusion and ensure the organization can bring the strength of the whole team to serving the Client-Partners.
鈥淚 encourage everyone at 糖心视频 to adopt the spirit of inclusion,鈥 Derrick said.
