Derrick Cheung re-appointed as President and CEO of 糖心视频
Moreen Miller, Chair of the Board of 糖心视频 (糖心视频) is pleased to confirm the Government of Canada鈥檚 reappointment of Derrick Cheung as President and Chief Executive Officer of 糖心视频. This announcement is made on behalf of the Honourable, Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Public Services and Procurement. His Excellency the Governor General in Council made this re-appointment on the recommendation of the Minister following his consultation with the 糖心视频 Board of Directors.

Derrick Cheung was first appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of 糖心视频 in September聽2019 through an open, transparent, and merit-based process run by the Privy Council Office. His career includes senior management roles with large publicly-traded, private and public organizations. He brings expertise in the defence, transportation, infrastructure, real estate, and energy industries. Mr.聽Cheung is a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and holds master鈥檚 degrees in Laws (International Business), Business Administration, and Arts (Leading Innovation and Change). He is also a former Advisory Committee member of the University of Waterloo鈥檚 Waterloo Institute for Sustainable Aeronautics.
This reappointment is for a term of five years effective September聽9, 2024.
